If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it, with in 30 days, for a refund ( less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee ).You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items being returned must be preauthorized before they will be accepted. Items being returned must be sent back in their original packaging with an explanation of your dissatisfaction and a copy of the invoice.

Approved refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise with the Return of Goods Authorization Number on the outside of the package and printed on the documentation you return to us. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account; instead we will issue you a store credit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please call, fax or e-mail us immediately. Please include your order / track number, name and shipping address, and the reason for return. WE WILL make it rigth! Please do not ship back a defective or damaged item before receiving a Return of Goods Authorization Number.
