Q1.What is your Shipping Policy?
A1.All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your purchase items.

We always attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner.The actual shipping time for delivery depends upon your location,which on average normally takes 2-12 business days depending on your shipping destination's zone.As some of our major warehouses are located on the west coast the closer you are to the west coast the quicker you will receive your order.If you live on the east coast it will take longer, an average of 10-12 business days for delivery,please remember to allow 2 additional days for processing.

Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.

RUSH SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST within the 48 contiguous United States only ( orders are generally received within 5 business days )

A & L Traders Gifts & Collectibles uses UPS Ground for all of our shipping needs.UPS requires physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed Monday-Friday ( excluding holidays ) will be processed within 24 to 48 hrs. After we have received and verified payment we will instruct our warehouse to package and ship the items to you.

We do not accept credit cards issued from non-US banks.

A & L Traders does NOT ship to foreign countries ( UK, Canada, Japan, Europe, etc. ) due to long delivery times, enormous shipping costs, duties, and international Customs hassles.
